We are All In: putting equality at the heart of politics
Imagine a world that puts equality at the centre of all that we do.
Where women and all marginalised communities enjoy equal rights and opportunities, for everyone’s benefit.
Where inequality is a thing of the past, bigotry and discrimination of any kind is not tolerated - and everyone is able to flourish.
That’s what All In is here to achieve.
Our manifesto
All In was created to continue the work of the Basingstoke branch of the Women’s Equality Party (WEP) when that party came to a close in November 2024.
We bring an equality lens to everything we do because equality is better for everyone.
Equality means better politics, more inclusive policies, a more vibrant economy, a workforce that draws on the talents of the whole population and a society that’s at ease with itself.
We do the work year round - not just at election time - to understand what our communities want and need. And then we campaign on the local issues that matter to you, as well as our equality-based campaigns that benefit everyone.
We bring a fresh, independent approach, collaborating with other willing political parties without partisanship to better serve our community.
And we are inclusive because equality makes life better for everyone.
Our objectives
We hold seven core objectives at the heart of everything we do.
Our aim is to continue work towards these on a local level whilst also taking an equality-focused approach to any and all local issues that serve our residents.
All In campaign for equitable representation in politics, business, industry and throughout working life.
All In want equal pay and equal opportunity for economic participation so all can thrive.
All In push for equality in parenting and caregiving and shared responsibilities at home.
All In campaign for an equity-based education system.
All In seek fair and equitable representation and treatment for everyone in the media.
All In campaign for an end to all identity-based violence.
All In pursue equitable healthcare and social care for all.
All In campaign for the preservation of the natural world and prioritising of solutions to the climate and biodiversity crises.
All In seek equitable access to public places and treatment by all public services for all people.

Taking a movement for equality forward into the future
Back in 2015, Catherine Mayer and Sandi Toksvig created the Women’s Equality Party, with a dream to do politics differently. Since the Women’s Equality Party has closed, they’ve endorsed our local moment taking the spirit of the Women’s Equality Party forward.
